Nitro Circus Announces North American Tour Dates

Nitro Circus – billed as the “world’s biggest live action sports show” – announced their 2015 North American tour dates this week. Among the 25 North American dates will be 11 Nitro Circus virgin markets – including Chicago, Denver and Washington D.C. More information can be viewed at the link to the official site below.

Nitro Circus Live stars 17-time X Games medalist Travis Pastrana, the tour will feature new tricks, record-breaking feats, stunts and crazy contraptions. Pastrana will lead an elite team of athletes showcasing an FMX line up that includes the world’s first triple backflipper and reigning X Fighters champion Josh Sheehan, Australian X Games gold medalists Blake “Bilko” Williams and Cam Sinclair and American superstar Adam Jones. The BMX side is led by one of the most decorated riders of all time, Chad Kagy, along with James Foster, the only person currently performing the BMX triple backflip, plus a host of other big names including “The Warrior” Jed Mildon, X Games medalist Andy Buckworth. Also on this tour, Jolene Van Vugt, the first female ever to backflip a motorbike, will attempt to also become the first ever female to do a double backflip on a BMX bike. Wheelchair motocross (WCMX) star Aaron “Wheelz” Fotheringham will hit Nitro’s infamous 50 foot Gigant-A-Ramp. Also, completely new to the show this fall, three-time X Games gold medalist Daniel Bodin will backflip a 400-pound snowmobile ramp to ramp. Additional show contraptions include quad bikes, mini-bikes and a host of other new motorized and non-motorized monstrosities. In all, there will be more than 10 world first’s, each never seen in the USA.

Pre-sale tickets for the U.S. shows are available now, with tickets going on sale to the general public on Friday, May 15, 2015. In Canada, the Nitro pre-sale begins one week later on Monday, May 18, 2015 with the public on sale to follow on Friday, May 22, 2015.
