Since no criminal charges were filed against NASCAR driver Kurt Busch in his domestic violence civil order filed from his former girlfriend, NASCAR has gone ahead and reinstated the driver for this weekend’s race in Phoenix. Busch, is however, technically on probation, and can be suspended again if he violates the terms of conditions outlined in the reinstatement.
Busch was suspended last month just days before the season-opening Daytona 500 and subsequently missed that race as well as races in Atlanta and Las Vegas.
