46-year-old Helio Castroneves won his fourth Indianapolis 500 by fending off the 24-year-old Spaniard Alex Palou – passing Palou with two laps remaining and beating him by 0.4928 seconds for the victory.
Castroneves – nicknamed Spider-Man – also won the Indy 500 in 2001, 2002 and 2009.
