Mere days before he was set to qualify for the upcoming Quiktrip 500 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway tomorrow, Travis Kvapil’s No. 44 car was stolen from the pit garage – forcing him to miss qualifying and withdraw from the race. That’s the bad news.
The good news is that security cameras caught footage of the car being removed from the garage and police were able to track down the car where it was ditched approximately 20 miles away and was not damaged.
