In somewhat of an expected development, Porsche has announced that they will be running three cars at next year’s 24 Hours of LeMans endurance race – but what was not announced was who, exactly, would be driving that third car. Immediately and predictably, rumors have emerged that the third car driver could be currently unemployed Formula One driver Jenson Button – but Porsche has yet to make an official announcement on the matter.
Additionally, Porsche will also run a third car at the six-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps.
