This week in Formula One, it was a return to the scene of the crime – the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – where last year’s fiasco involving a rogue race director not following Formula 1 rules, essentially preventing Mercedes’ seven-time F1 world champion to win the race and depriving him of his official eighth world title.
Red Bull was the fastest with Max Verstappen – the major benefactor of the rogue race director’s decisions last year – doing the honors.
