Richard Hammond – one of the three hosts of Amazon’s “The Grand Tour” show – was victim of a burglary last month while he stayed in a villa in St. Tropez in the south of France.
Hammond, along with his wife Mindy, their daughter Willow and 12 others were staying in the villa and were burglarized while they slept. The thieves reportedly walked off with the cash and valuables of all 15 people in the villa. Nobody was harmed, however, in the burglary.
Mindy Hammond speculated that she was “pretty convinced we must have been gassed or something” but authorities have yet to confirm her speculation.
