Robert Wickens Crashes At 2018 IndyCar Race At Pocono

Canadian Robert Wickens was racing alongside the Ryan Hunter-Reay during the seventh lap of the IndyCar race at Pocono in Pennsylvania when their cars touched and the contact sent the front end of Wickens’ car into the catch-fencing where it caught the fencing and was spun in the air like a top before landing back on the track. Wickens sustained injuries to both legs and had a broken arm but none of the injuries were reported to be life-threatening and he was awake and alert after the crash…
