Sauber has named Raffaele Marciello as a reserve driver for the 2015 Formula One racing season. The 20-year-old Marciello, a graduate of the Ferrari Driver Academy program, won the Formula 3 European Championship in 2013 and finished eighth in the GP2 season this year [and will race in GP2 again in 2015 along with his reserve driver duties].
The first race of the 2015 Formula One racing season takes place in Melbourne, Australia on March 15, 2015.
