Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel set the fastest time in a wet second practice session for this weekend’s upcoming 2020 Hungarian Grand Prix.
Vettel edged Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas as only 13 drivers were able to muster a lap time in the session.
