Shelby will be turning 50 in 2015 – well, not exactly – more like, the year that Shelby introduced the 427 engine into the Cobra will be turning 50 next year. In honor of the 50th year away from the year that they introduced the 427 engine into their cars, Shelby will produce 50 new versions of the car in both fiberglass and aluminum options.
The fiberglass models will be offered at $119,995 apiece while the aluminum models will have a $179,995 price tag.
Orders for the cars will be taken at the official site [see link below] beginning on January 13, 2015.
