A screen shot of the upcoming Chaparral 2x prototype has been released before its actual appearance at the Los Angeles Auto Show beginning this weekend.
Last week, Sony PlayStation video game Gran Turismo 6 announced a collaboration with Chevrolet to bring back the popular 1960s/70s-era Chaparral race cars to the video game with an updated concept car of what they thought a new Chaparral would look like. The new prototype was dubbed the Chaparral 2X and was scheduled to be a new car in the GT6 vision series along with an actual prototype being built by Chevrolet that they will be showing at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
The real-life version will be displayed at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which occurs at the Los Angeles Convention Center and runs from November 21-30, 2014.
