With the upcoming Sprint Cup Series race at the Texas Motor Speedway looming, Stewart-Haas has made the decision to switch the race crews of drivers Kurt Busch and Danica Patrick. Patrick was eliminated from Sprint Cup championship contention earlier in the season but led seven laps of last week’s race at Talladega before finishing 19th overall while Busch was one of four drivers eliminated from contention in the Talladega race.
The next race in the Sprint Cup series is at the Texas Motor Speedway on November 2, 2014.
