Toyota has three separate racing divisions – Toyota, Lexus and Gazoo Racing – but starting today, all three will be merged into one division and that division will be called Gazoo Racing. This is not to be confused with The Great Gazoo – the green alien brought to Earth in “The Flintstones”.
TRD – Toyota Racing Development – the American division of Toyota racing that is responsible for NASCAR and other racing ventures, is not affected by the change.
