Toyota is a major sponsor of the Motor City Comic Con in the suburbs of Detroit, but for this year’s event, Toyota has wrapped a Highlander SUV in a superhero theme to mark the occasion.
Toyota has been a major sponsor of the event for the last four years of its 28-year existence, with last year’s version attracting an event-record 62,000 in attendance for the three-day shindig which features activities for fans of comic books, science fiction and movie and television entertainment. Daily activities at the event include costume contests, panel discussions, and opportunities to meet an array of TV and movie actors.
The 2017 Motor City Comic Con will be held at the Suburban Collection Showplace in the Detroit suburb of Novi, Michigan, from May 19-21, 2017.
