Back in the day, in much the same manner as Homer Simpson giving Marge Simpson a bowling ball for a birthday present, a boyfriend/husband would sometimes [typically] give his girlfriend/wife a present that he knew only he would truly enjoy. In this spirit, rapper Tyga bestowed upon his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, a birthday gift of a white 458 Ferrari Italia for her 18th birthday.
The Ferrari is reported to be in the range of $260,000 to $320,000 [we are wagering it is closer to the $320k].
