Valtteri Bottas Claims Pole Position For 2021 Mexican Grand Prix

In a mildly stunning development, Mercedes grabbed the entire first row for tomorrow’s 2021 Mexican Grand Prix with Valtteri Bottas claiming the pole position for the race – edging his seven-time defending Formula One world champion teammate, Lewis Hamilton.

Red Bull, which had the fastest times in two of the three practice sessions, was unable to keep up as current Formula 1 season leader Max Verstappen was third – but nearly a half-second in arrears – while his Mexican teammate, Sergio Perez, was even further behind in fourth.
