Mercedes took a breather and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen took advantage to be fastest in second practice at the 2020 Belgian Grand Prix.
Renault”s Daniel Ricciardo’s was behind Verstappen and barely ahead of the Mercedes of six-time defending world Formula One champion, Lewis Hamilton, who was third fastest as the top three were separated by only 0.096 seconds.
The other Mercedes of Valtteri Bottas was down in sixth, behind Red Bull’s Alexander Albon and Racing Point’s Sergio Perez.
