Volkswagen of America collaborated with the Taos [New Mexico] Ski Valley in launching the 2022 VW Taos SUV, which goes on sale in summer 2021, as it becomes the official vehicle of the resort.
Volkswagen selected the Taos name for the new SUV as a way to embody the nature of the car and location — “Taos is a small city that offers big things, from outdoor adventure to arts, design, culture and cuisine”.
As part of the agreement, Volkswagen shuttle vehicles will be offered to guests of Taos Air and guests of The Blake at Taos Ski Valley lodge.
