The eighth installment of the “Fast & Furious” film franchise will officially get a release date in April 2017 according to news from Universal Pictures today but where the film will be filmed is still up in the air – although at least part of it appears to be filmed in New York City, based on the cover art for the poster released in conjunction with the announcement.
Universal has been said to be exploring the possible option of also filming a portion of the movie in Cuba.
