Hyundai And Mercedes-Benz Rank Highest In Customer Satisfaction Survey
Having an extensive roster of electric vehicles helps an automotive brand with customer satisfaction as Hyundai and Mercedes-Benz have discovered with the recent results of the highly respected J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Manufacturer Website Evaluation Study – a semiannual study that measures customer satisfaction of automotive manufacturer websites during the process of shopping for a new vehicle by examining four key measures — in order of importance — information/content, visual appeal, navigation and speed.
Hyundai ranked highest among mass market manufacturer websites with a score of 728 followed closely by a tie between GMC (727) and Kia (727).

Mercedes-Benz, meanwhile, which has eight EVs in its portfolio, ranks highest among premium manufacturer websites with a score of 751, edging out Tesla (749), with both well beyond Cadillac (737) in third.
For the most recent study, the 25-year-old J.D. Power U.S. Manufacturer Website Evaluation Study was based on responses from 12,481 new-vehicle shoppers [between October 2023 and December 2023] who indicated they would be in the market for a new vehicle within the next 24 months.
