Jeff Gordon Entering Pit Lane Of Retirement
At the conclusion of the upcoming 2015 season, veteran NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon has announced that he will retire from full-time racing, paving the way for Chase Elliott to move into Gordon’s #24 car for the 2016 season.
Gordon, 43, will have competed in 23 seasons after 2015 is complete and currently sits in third place overall in total NASCAR wins with 92 – behind only “The King” Richard Petty [200] and David Pearson [105].
