The fourth and final day of the second testing session at the Sakhir track in Bahrain is in the books and Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton was fastest on the track with a 1:33.27, slightly slower than the time from Williams’ Felipe Massa [1:33.26] with Massa’s being the fastest of the year so far in the testing sessions. Meanwhile, the defending champion Red Bull team briefly emerged from yesterday’s pit of despair long enough for Sebastian Vettel to get 40 laps in before spinning the RB10, then got 24 more laps in but the quickest time he could muster was a mere 1:37.46 – well off the pace of the fastest times this year.
