Red Bull was the fastest in the wet, crash-filled third and final practice session for tomorrow’s 2023 Dutch Grand Prix, with Max Verstappen doing the honors. Nearly half the drivers went off track during the brief, one-hour session, unable to cope with the rainy conditions.
